I invite you to join me as I explore the world through my lens and share the beauty that I see around me. Each photo essay is a carefully crafted story that captures moments and memories I hope will stay with you long after you have finished reading. I hope you enjoy and find meaning in these stories.

During my school days in the analogue film era, I had the opportunity to represent my school in competitions around the region. Back then, everything was manual, and we had to be skilled enough not to waste the 12 shots of film provided. To prevent any cheating, a masking tape was placed over the seals of the camera film, which were then signed. We were given a subject at the last minute, and we had to develop a set of pictures, around 3 to 5, that we would take and put into a half-sized board paper. The pictures had to be arranged thoughtfully, accompanied by a short essay describing what we took that tied into the subject provided. A panel of judges determined the top three winners. Win or loose, I cherished every minute of this experience.

As an adult with a passion for photography, I want to recreate that experience. That's why I am excited to share a series of photo essays that I believe are beautiful stories. Each essay will showcase a specific subject or theme that I am passionate about. Through my lens, I hope to capture the essence of these subjects and share their stories with you.
