We stand behind the artistic quality and emotional depth of our work. If, upon receiving your final edited gallery, you are not completely satisfied that the images reflect the natural, candid style promised, you owe nothing.
You must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Any funds paid (excluding initial retainer/fee, for Portraits, if applicable) will be refunded, and you will be released from any remaining payment obligation.
